REFUND POLICY

At Yatzar Academy, we understand the importance of flexibility in managing your educational investment. This summary provides an overview of our refund policy, applicable to our self-paced and instructor-led courses. We offer a refund process subject to specific conditions such as timeframe and course content consumed. Detailed terms are described below to guide you through our refund procedures.
By purchasing a course from us, you agree to abide by these policies.
1. Additional Charges in Refunds: Please be aware that when a refund is processed, it may be subject to bank fees, currency conversion charges, or other transaction fees, depending on your location and the payment method used. Yatzar Academy is not responsible for any such charges that may be deducted from the refund amount. These charges are typically determined by the banks or payment service providers and are outside of our control. We recommend that you consult with your bank or payment provider to understand any potential charges that may apply to your refund.
2. Terms: For the purpose of this policy, ‘course content’ refers to any instructional materials provided as part of the course, including but not limited to video lectures, tutorials, and supplementary multimedia resources. ‘Live online class’ refers to real-time, interactive online sessions conducted by our instructors. Attendance in a live online class is counted from the moment a learner joins the session, irrespective of the duration of stay in the session.
3. Eligibility for Refund
3.1. For Self-Paced Learning: To be eligible for a refund, you must:

- submit your refund request within 7 days of course purchase;
- have consumed less than 10% of the course content;
- not have requested any exam voucher or kit.
Any refund requests that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.
3.2. For Instructor-Led Learning: To be eligible for a refund, you must:

- submit your refund request within 7 days of course purchase;
- have consumed less than 10% of the course content;
- have not attended more than one live online class;
- not have requested any exam voucher or kit.
Refund requests failing to meet these requirements will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.
4. Refund Abuse & Restrictions: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

- a significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a user before the refund was requested;
- multiple refunds have been requested by a user for the same course;
- excessive refunds have been requested by a user;
- users who have their accounts banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
We do not grant refunds for any subscription services after 7 days. Refunds for any duplicate payments will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 10 working days after processing, depending on bank policies. Yatzar Academy reserves the right to revise this policy without prior notice.
If your refund request is denied and you believe this decision is incorrect, you may appeal within 7 days by contacting our support team with additional justification. We will review the appeal within 5 business days.
5. Refund Process: Refund requests can be initiated either through the “Initiate Refund” option in the “My Orders” section or by contacting our support team via the Help & Support section on the website.
6. Legal: These refund restrictions and the execution of this policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
